I had to swap my order for a different size, and it was way easier than I expected! Support got back to me quickly and explained the steps clearly. I sent the item back, and the new size showed up without any hassle. I was totally expecting it to be a pain, but nope... all went smoothly :)

The size definitely ran smaller than I expected, though it’s still wearable. the most annoying part was having to go through verification more than once just to get everything sorted. It felt unnecessary and kind of frustrating.

I had to request a refund because my order didn’t really work out for me. It wasn’t immediate and I did have to send a couple of emails, but to be fair, support got back to me and explained things clearly enough.

The money showed up after a few days, so from my side it ended up being fine. I do wish it had been a bit quicker, but they handled it properly in the end. I’d give it 4 stars.

It looks pretty much like the photos, just a little darker in person. I’m always a bit skeptical about reaching out to customer service if something’s off, but thankfully this wasn’t a big enough issue to bother with...

The item itself was fine and I’m happy with it overall, but the delivery took way longer than expected. This isn’t the first time it’s arrived late either, so that was annoying. I’d order again, but only if the shipping improves.

"Great craftsmanship, but the wait had me wondering"
Got my order last week, the stitching and edges are way cleaner than I expected. The leather feels legit too, not that flimsy cheap stuff some companies try to pass off like we won’t notice. It did take a little longer than I hoped, which had me briefly wondering if my package was sitting in some secret back-room quality inspection ritual, but it showed up fine in the end. Giving it 4 stars because of the wait, but the craftsmanship is seriously very good.

I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service, not expecting much. They replied quicker than I thought and did help get it sorted out. It took a couple of messages to fully fix everything, and I did feel a little rushed at times, but they were polite and actually answered my questions. I ordered from Anoeses and, honestly... the shipping was just way slower than I expected. I kept waiting for clearer updates, but they were kind of vague too, which made it more frustrating. The items might be totally fine, but yeah... the delivery time really made the whole experience annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Easy to adjust and fits really well"
I really like how adjustable it is. It made getting the right fit a lot easier than I expected. It took me a little bit to figure out at first, but once I got it set up, it was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with it

"My order showed up in great shape, so..."
My order showed up in great shape, so I’ll give them credit for that. The box was clean, everything inside was wrapped nicely, and nothing was damaged at all. My only gripe is the amount of tape they used. Maybe it’s on me for being impatient, but I spent a good minute trying to open it without accidentally cutting into anything. Still, I’d rather deal with too much tape than a damaged order, so overall I’m happy with it

"Looked Better in the Photos"
I really wanted to like this because it looked so nice online, but in person it just didn’t feel quite as good as I expected. The material was a bit thinner than I thought it would be, and the stitching looked kind of uneven in a few spots. Maybe I’m being picky, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel a little more sturdy and well-made

I ordered this because it looked like a deep burgundy in the pictures, but umm, when it arrived it was way brighter and almost more of a red. The quality seems fine overall, but the color difference was disappointing. For the price, I really expected the photos to be more accurate

"The prices just don’t feel worth it!!"
I was surprised by how expensive everything felt for what was being offered!! I totally get that niche items can cost more, but once I added shipping and taxes on Anoeses, the total just didn’t feel fair to me at all.

By the end, I felt like the value really wasn’t there. Maybe some people are fine with the pricing, but for me it came across as overpriced and not super customer-friendly. I probably wouldn’t shop there unless the prices became more reasonable

"Nice selection, I just wanted more color options"
I had a good time browsing Anoeses, the selection is actually nicer than I expected. There were a bunch of different styles, so it didn’t feel like I was just seeing the same basic pieces over and over, which made it easier to find something that felt like me.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because a few things I really liked didn’t have many sizes or colors left. Still, the site was fun to look through and I’d probably order from them again.
